IMNOTSHY is an adult content platform that enables creators to share content, sell items, and interact with their audience. The Platform is operated from the United Kingdom and is subject to UK law.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IMNOTSHY. They apply to all visitors, registered users, creators, and subscribers.

IMNOTSHY is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

We comply with the Online Safety Act 2023 and implement age assurance measures to prevent access by minors. Attempting to circumvent these measures is a breach of these Terms.

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create more than one account, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without their permission.

Creators are solely responsible for all content they upload, post, stream, or otherwise make available on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Creators retain full ownership of their content. By posting content on IMNOTSHY, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

All persons depicted in content must be at least 18 years of age at the time of creation. Creators must be able to provide proof of age for all depicted persons upon request. We maintain records in compliance with applicable regulations.

Creators must not impersonate any person or misrepresent their identity. Stage names are permitted, but creators must provide their real identity for verification purposes.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

Any content that sexually depicts, exploits, or abuses minors (CSAM). This is a criminal offence and will always be reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA) and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

Non-consensual intimate images or recordings ("revenge porn"), which is a criminal offence under the Online Safety Act 2023.

Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, self-harm, or suicide.

Content that constitutes harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, or trade secrets.

Spam, phishing, malware, or any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform or other users.

Any attempt to circumvent age verification, payment systems, or other Platform security measures.

Creators receive 85% of all gross revenue generated through their content on the Platform, including subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, live stream earnings, and item sales. IMNOTSHY retains 15% as a platform fee.

Payment processing fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe) are separate from the platform fee and are deducted from transaction amounts before the revenue split is calculated.

Payouts are processed weekly to verified payment accounts. You must provide accurate payment details. IMNOTSHY is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information provided by you.

All prices on the Platform are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Creators are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on their earnings from the Platform, including income tax and National Insurance contributions. IMNOTSHY does not provide tax advice.

We reserve the right to withhold payments where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or where required by law.

Fan subscriptions and purchases are non-refundable except where required by law (for example, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where digital content is faulty or not as described).

The IMNOTSHY name, logo, platform design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by IMNOTSHY. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or intellectual property without our prior written consent.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon closure, your content will be removed from the Platform within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Any outstanding earnings owed to a creator at the time of account closure will be paid out within 30 days, provided the account was not terminated for breach of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMNOTSHY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IMNOTSHY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IMNOTSHY and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
